Every time an exceptional singer retires or passes away, part of our past goes with them. We grow old alongside them and then one day they just leave us and then it really sinks in just how special and important they were to us. Seeing Ronstadt live took me back to my roots and I caught myself realizing how precious life is and how quickly it goes by.
